Shop Manager
Afza Saleem Limited is looking for a reliable Shop Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our takeaway food shop. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer service, maintain food safety and hygiene standards, and manage the overall efficiency of the shop.
- Start from £38,700 per annum
- Contracted Hours: 37.5 hours per week, full-time
- Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations: Ensure smooth service, quality control, and cleanliness.
- Team leadership: Supervise and schedule staff, and ensure a positive work environment.
- Inventory & supply management: Oversee stock levels, order supplies, and reduce waste.
- Customer service: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Financial oversight: Monitor budgets and manage expenses to stay within financial targets.
- Compliance: Maintain food safety, health, and hygiene standards according to regulations.
